I purchased this for my three your old for Christmas. It's very cute, well made, and gets the job done. However, the neck hole is calm down generous and we need to use a clothes-pin to tighten it. Seems like this is for older children (perhaps, grade schoolers). It was a bit pricey but I liked it much better than other "cheesy" designs available. Overall, very cute and I would recommend. - J.
