Several cast members from TLCs hit reality show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo have been injured in a minor car accident, a network spokesperson confirmed. Castmates Alana Honey Boo Boo Thompson, Sugar Bear, Mama June, Pumpkin and Jessica were involved in an accident in Georgia. Sources say they were on a shopping trip and Sugar Bear (the father) was driving. He started to turn and a car came through the intersection and hit their vehicle. Its the first time any of the family have been in an car accident, a source added. The clan was taken to a hospital, but with relatively minor injuries.
